In order to expedite ticket orders and ensure quality customer care, HotHouse has developed its own on-line ticketing service. We think this will help us keep ticket prices down by eliminating the broker’s fees while maintaining the secure service you expect. We will no longer be taking advance ticket reservations via telephone. Advance tickets can only be purchased in the following manners:

  • Credit card - We accept American Express, Mastercard or Visa. HotHouse charges a credit card processing fee of $1.50 per ticket. Purchases must be accompanied by signature on receipt - unsigned credit card slips are not completed transactions and will not be considered valid.
